Signal Brief is operated by Muell Haus Inc. These terms cover what you get, what it costs, and what Signal Brief is and is not. If something here is unclear, email kreativ@muellhaus.com and we will explain it in plain language.

Informational only, not investment advice

Signal Brief is an informational news digest. It is not investment advice. Each brief summarizes things that already happened in public: company news, filings submitted to the SEC, letters and interviews from well-known investors, and insider transactions reported on Form 4. Every item links back to the original source so you can read it yourself.

We do not make recommendations. We do not give stock picks, price targets, ratings, or buy and sell calls. We do not tell you what to do with your money, and nothing in a brief should be read as a suggestion to buy or sell any security.

Muell Haus Inc. is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or dealer, and no part of this service creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Signal Brief is not personalized to your finances, goals, or risk tolerance, even on the Plus plan where you choose the companies we cover. Choosing which names appear in your brief is not the same as us advising you on them.

You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Do your own research, verify anything that matters against the primary source, and talk to a licensed professional before you act.

What you get

A subscription gets you three research briefs by email, sent weekly on Fridays: Portfolio Pulse (company news), Investor Watch (what notable investors filed, wrote, or said), and Insider Activity (insider buying and selling).

• Standard runs all three briefs on our editorial model book of 16 companies and 10 investors.
• Plus runs the same three briefs on a watchlist you give us, up to 20 companies and 10 investors.

We compile briefs from public sources and we work to get them right, but we cannot guarantee that every item is complete, accurate, or current. Sources make mistakes and filings get amended. The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Muell Haus Inc. is not liable for losses arising from your use of it. Always check the linked source before you rely on anything.

Billing

Signal Brief is billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing section of our site and are in US dollars. New subscribers get their first week free with no credit card required. If we change the price, we will tell you by email before it applies to you.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel whenever you want, for any reason, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Email kreativ@muellhaus.com and we will take care of it. Your briefs keep arriving through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If you are not happy, ask and we will refund your current month. No forms and no argument. Email kreativ@muellhaus.com and we will send the money back for the month you are in.

Your account

Briefs are for you and your firm. Please do not republish them, resell them, or forward them in bulk to people outside your organization. If you want more seats, email us and we will sort it out. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or does not pay, and we will tell you why first.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email subscribers before the change takes effect. Continuing to subscribe after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing entity and law

Signal Brief is a product of Muell Haus Inc., the contracting party for this service. These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Muell Haus Inc. is incorporated, and disputes will be handled in the courts there.
